Refund Policy – True North Institute Max

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which True North Institute Max (“we”, “our”, “us”) will provide refunds for purchases of our educational programs, courses, workshops, and other related services (“Services”).

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness and compliance with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted under the following circumstances:

You submit a written refund request within 7 calendar days of your purchase, and
You have not completed more than 10% of the course or accessed significant downloadable materials.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

The request is made after the 7-day period from the date of purchase.
You have completed more than 10% of the course content.
You have downloaded a substantial portion of the materials provided.
You purchased a non-refundable product (clearly indicated at checkout).
The purchase was made during a special promotion, sale, or discounted bundle where refund terms were explicitly excluded.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

Send an email to billing@truenorthinstitutemax.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- Reason for requesting a refund
Our support team will review your request within 5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if:

You have used part of the service but not the entirety.
There were exceptional circumstances beyond your control (subject to review).

6. Payment Processing Fees

Some payment processors may charge transaction fees that are non-refundable. These amounts will be deducted from your refund where applicable.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute it and suspend your account until the matter is resolved.
